Fitness has been woven into my life for decades. I always knew I ​wanted to pass along my love for health to others, but wasn’t sure ​what that route was for years. Yoga came into my life over 8 years ​ago and I loved how it not only made me feel physically, but the ​mental release was something I knew I wanted in my life forever!


Fast forward to today and I am ready to take my years of ​experience, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and passion to share ​Yoga with others This is an adventure that is a lifelong practice for ​myself and others.
